"The Wedge" Landscape is a semi-abstracted painting on canvas. The area is a very real one for the artist, as she has been living and painting in this piece of historical Delaware for over 40 years. The landscape is the undeveloped area of White Clay Creek State Park in Delaware. The season is late summer with its array of green and blue hues. The atmospheric quality of peace and unity are expressed in this strong, yet, tranquil scene.
